Stop a Card with BOV Mobile

Did you know that you can stop your card through the BOV Mobile Banking App?

Both debit and credit cards rank pretty high on the list of things people hate to lose. A lost or stolen card isn't just inconvenient. It has the potential to cause plenty of damage, especially if one has a high credit limit or a lot of available credit.

When you realise your card is missing, your first priority is to prevent unauthorised persons from using it. Use your BOV Mobile App to stop your card in a fast way:

  • Log into your BOV Mobile App
  • Select the Stop Card function
  • Choose the card you wish to stop

You will immediately receive a notification that your card has been stopped.  A new card will then be mailed to you*.

It is as easy as that, no need to call, no need to go to a Branch.  Simple banking at your fingertips!  Check out our easy step by step guide!

*Normal Charges for card replacement apply - Tariff of Charges

You don't have BOV Mobile Banking yet?
