Bank of Valletta would like to advise its customers that it will be upgrading its IT system on Sunday 15th November 2020 between 3.00 am and 11.00 am.
During this scheduled upgrade, some of the Bank’s digital services will be interrupted as follows:
All transactions, including transfer of funds between own accounts and payments carried out during downtime (e.g. through Pay Third Party, Pay a Bill and Mobile Top Ups) will be accepted but processed after 11.00 am
Other functions may also be interrupted during the upgrade
Account to account transfer instructions will be processed after 11.00 am
Card balance will be as at 15th November 3:00 am
This scheduled upgrade is necessary to further enhance the Bank’s service to its customers. Bank of Valletta thanks its customers for their understanding and apologises for any inconvenience.
